Bathroom radiators – adding luxury and warmth to your room

This is the time of year when we really notice and appreciate a lovely warm bathroom, the range of bathroom heated towel rails and radiators has never been better and we are rightly proud of the range offered at our web pages.

If you are considering upgrading or installing a heated towel rail into a new bathroom, there are some things that you may wish to consider before buying. Do you just want a heated towel rail or is it more likely that the size of the room will mean that you need to combine the two.

For example a small room can mean that a heated towel rail can do the job for you. The towel rail can either be plumbed into your heating system or you could if it is more practical have an electric powered one.

For the larger bathroom, or in a home where many people can be hanging towels onto the rail, we suggest that it may be better to have a standard radiator and fix some hanging rails onto it.

For some really exciting radiator designs that are remarkably efficient as well as good looking, Aestus Arezzo Designer Radiator is quite breath-taking. Manufactured from high quality stainless steel tube, available in a polished steel finish, the radiator is suitable for both open and closed circuits either left or right handed to choice.

This is just one example of the many radiators that are offered, contemporary, designer or traditional, all our radiators are at our unbeatable prices, which will not be bettered anywhere.

Bathroom Heating Solutions

Getting out of a warm bath or shower into a cold bathroom can be uncomfortable, but thankfully there is a range of bathroom radiators available to help heat the bathroom and dry your towels at the same time. Here is a quick overview of the options when it comes to heating your bathroom.

Central heating radiators

By far the most common type of radiator in the bathroom, a central heating radiator or towel rail is connected straight into your existing heating system. These are available in a range of different styles, shapes and sizes, and it’s easy to find one to suit any style of bathroom including the Aestus Partito 4 Column Radiator featured below.

Electric Towel Rails

Electric towel rails are another popular choice when it comes to bathrooms. They have an advantage over central heating radiators as they can be turned on when needed and do not rely on the central heating system to be on. These types of radiators are also available in various shapes and sizes and can be positioned on any spare wall like the Zehnder Atoll Electric Radiator featured below.

Dual Fuel Towel Rails

Thanks to modern technology there is now a range of dual fuel radiators on the market. They Limited Liability Company (LLC) Communications Equipment Systems Processing, Hosting, and Related Services (NAICS: 518210) Products & Services Gillware, Inc. can run on both the existing heating system or by electricity with the flick of a switch. Due to the unique heating elements in these radiators they are often more expensive than central heating or electric radiators, but offer the best of both worlds like the Apollo Ravenna Traditional Towel Rail CR Dual Fuel featured below.

Underfloor Heating

Underfloor Heating is the most luxurious heating solution for the bathroom and is also the most expensive. This type of heating system is usually installed when a whole new bathroom is being fitted or built from scratch and offers consistent heating throughout the whole bathroom.

Underfloor heating systems are available in both electric or central heating styles and are usually control by a separate thermostat, below is an example of electric underfloor heating system, the Raychem T2Quicknet 160 Underfloor Heating Mat Set.

HiB Cosmo Illuminated Mirror

You will be completely soiled for choice at the web pages of UK Bathrooms but one illuminated mirror which has proved to be a popular choice of many is the HiB Cosmo mirror. This is a rectangular double layered bevelled mirror with chrome covered strip light in a size of 70 x 50 cm adequate for most bathroom purposes. The light which is incorporated illuminates the mirror in a subtle manner and it also provides background lighting in the bathroom or en-suite area.

The lighting conforms to standard requirements and is operated by a pull cord. An addition popular with many buyers is the optional de-misting pad which is available with this mirror. The lighting is through a T5 fluorescent lamp which is eco friendly and has long life characteristics.
