Grohe Concealed Cistern Dual Single Flush
The installation of a Grohe cistern is not only easy but effectively saves water and helps the environment. Toilet cisterns have long being considered archaic mechanical devices which are often thought to leak and look pretty much an eyesore in any bathroom or cloakroom. Not so with the Grohe cistern range. A dual flush toilet cistern saves considerable amounts of water when the unit is installed and ultimately saves you money too.
The cistern will of course have two buttons, one button operates the full flush and the other is a half flush. Here in the UK we have been a bit behind the times with such an economical water cistern as Australia have had dual flush cisterns as part of their planning regulations for many years.
With old cistern’s the average water use can be more than 12 litres every time the toilet is flushed, the more modern toilet cisterns such as those from Grohe use half that water requirement or even less of course on a half flush.
Even better with Grohe is the concealed toilet cistern which will certainly not detract from your unique bathroom design and can be dual or single flush. With top and front access for the cistern and a capacity of 6 litres you are already making a saving. Fixing brackets are supplied as is a low noise filling valve meaning you will not wake everyone up during the night if the toilet is flushed.
Connection of the Grohe concealed cistern can be done in three ways, left right or at the back. Grohe really have thought of everything in the design of this cistern as it is also insulated to protect against condensation.
