I couldn't agree more. Updating your existing property is definitely the sensible choice in the current housing market. Value added now will only increase the value further once the credit crunch has passed.

I have an old Schneider bathroom cabinet 72 x 36 cm, with a cracked mirror on the left opening. Is it possible to repair or replace?

Hi Bryony

As I tried to explain I purchased a Grohe 110913 (order no 27973) with a dual flush button but there is only one air pipe coming out of the system which operates either one of the buttons. On the back of the button plate the attachments for one of the air pipes is coloured blue and the air pipe out of the system is also coloured in blue so I assume this is where this pipe goes to but no pipe is present to operate the second flush button which represents flush. Even though the pipe fits either button.

Please advise. Thanks for your help.

Regards
Jim

I bought one of these pumps from UK Bathrooms (first class service by the way) and had this fitted when I made a shower en-suite area. I could not believe the difference between this and the one that is in our family bathroom, there is no comparison.

Can you tell me how these are fitted to windows? does the glass need to have a hole cut in it or do you have to buy the glass with the fan already fitted?
